White Cheddar Burgers and Wedges

2 yellow onions
24 oz. gold potatoes
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
20 oz. ground beef
1 cup white cheddar cheese
4 potato buns

Cut the potatoes into wedges. Coat with oil and half of the Old Bay seasoning, plus salt and pepper. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 380 degrees.

While the potatoes cook, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until browned and softened, 8-10 minutes. Add sugar along with a teaspoon of water. Continune cooking the onions for 2-4 minutes more, adding salt and pepper.

Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and remaining Old Bay seasoning.

Form beef into patties. Season with salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. When they are about done, top patties with cheese and cover pan to melt the cheese.

Servce patties on the buns with have been spread with the mayonnaise sauce, and topped with the caramelized onions.
