Skillet Lasagna


10 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken up
1 pound ground beef
1 16-oz. can tomato sauce
2 cups beef or vegetable broth
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp. minced garlic
Italian herbs
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage, then drain.

Add garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes and cook until onion is translucent.

Add remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent noodles from sticking.

When the pasta is done, stir in the cheese.
