Chicken Barbecue Stir Fry

2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 bell pepper, any color, halved and sliced
1 red onion, halved and sliced
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Cooked rice or cooked bowtie pasta

Put oil in a frying pan and pan fry the sliced chicken until done. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add some more oil and fry the sliced bell pepper and sliced onion until nearly done. Add the chicken back to the pan, along with the barbecue sauce. Stir to combine and finish cooking the peppers.

Serve over rice or cooked bowtie pasta.
