Coffee Cake
From Cooking With Wings Volume 2
CAKE:
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
TOPPING:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Prepare an 8x8 baking pan and mix the topping ingredients together.
Combine eggs, sugar, milk, and oil. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the topping mixture on top.
Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
